kebelakangan sini selalu menghadapi kes rompak walaupun di waktu siang. sila hantar lebih peronda di kawasan sini. jasa polis diraja malaysia akan amat dihargai. terima kasih.

Complaint:
Just need to voice out about the traffic light functioning, actually this is control by which body? Because some of the traffic light is not functioning with reasonable time, more cars lane the green light is short and less car lane the green light is longer!!! This is cause the terrible traffic jam. Please advice the relevant body to check on the traffic light system. Thank you.

Accident happen on Saturday 13.08.2011 mid night. But till now, we cannot report to police, as driver is injuries seriously, and NOT any police come to investigate. Even passenger would like to report, also been rejected.

The so call Sarjan also always not in police station. What can we do, as our relative still laid down in hospital....

I am writting this on behalf on my boyfriend. i felt damn pissed off with the co-operating attitude of Police X at Shah Alam. My boyfriend's CIMB account was get transferred out money to some unknown account today, and he had made a report at the police station Shah Alam. By the way, the bank had revealed out the name of the recepient as well as the account number. Somehow the feedback from police is extremely disappointed, the police only informed him "forget about it, you won't get back your money" without any further investigation and follow up was done. Is that the services that we wanted from our police? as a public? please lend a hand to your community when they needed help. I know is not easy to trace back or maybe they had faced many cases like this before and they know better than me, but why can't they take any initiative, likewise follow up find out the address of that person, linkage to any other transaction that the particular thief had done on his account etc etc.... This shallow thinking of mine might seems to be like a joke for a cops but we needed help, and we deserved better feedback from our police. thank you very much in deed.

Saya nak buat aduan tentang effisiency pegawai polis.

Saya dirompak telefon bimbit pada hari 31 Disember 2010 waktu 6.30 PAGI di tempat TAMAN SRI SENTOSA, JALAN KLANG LAMA, KL.
Saya pergi ke balai polis TAMAN SRI SENTOSA untuk membuat laporan.

Selepas saya kena rompak, saya panggil Maxis untuk mendapat maklumat tentang Call Log saya itu.
Dan Maxis customer representative berkata - selepas waktu saya kena rompak, ada 1 call out dan 2 credit transfer(share topup) dibuat.

Saya menghantar maklumat itu pada bulan 1 dan saya panggil dia dan dia berkata dia sudah terima dan dia berkata dia akan siasat kes ini.

Saya tunggu dan tunggu , tetapi selepas seminggu juga tiada apa-apa maklumat. Lalu saya panggil dia, dia berkata dia pindah ke balai yang lain - sangat sibuk.

Selepas satu minggu, saya panggil dia berkali-kali dan dia tidak angkat telefon bimbit langsung. Untuk makluman, setengah jam sebelum saya tulis surat ini, saya sudah panggil dia dan dia tak angkat juga.
